i3 Building Science and Consulting Inc is a multi-disciplinary firm specialized in reviewing, maintaining and repairing buildings. i3 Building Science and Consulting was created to blend and combine several areas of expertise into one firm better suited to review, maintenance, and repair existing buildings.
By providing structural, geotechnical, building science, building envelope, energy efficiency, estimating and quantity take-off knowledge, we are able to solve more complex problems that existing, multi-unit buildings face.

Our team consists of four senior professional engineers, four engineers in training, eight architectural / structural / building science technologists or consultants, four testing consultants, one estimator and one certified accountant. In addition, we have a close group of outside subcontracting engineers for assistance with architectural or code consulting items.
